2025 Chicago Marathon Package

Friday, 10 October 2025 Arrival
Arrive in Chicago and transfer on your own to the JW Marriott Chicago. You will be greeted at your hotel by a Marathon Tours & Travel staff. Hotel rooms are usually ready after 4pm; if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge and explore the city and surrounds. The Abbott Health & Fitness Expo at McCormick Place will be open today. Today you can visit the Marathon Expo , if you wish. Or wait for our staff to accompany you to the Expo tomorrow to collect the bib number.
Saturday, 11 October 2025 Marathon Expo & Pasta Dinner
For those who prefer, there is an organised race (at an extra cost $46) that takes place which you can choose to take part in. To register for and learn more about the Abbott Chicago 5K visit chicago5K.com.
We will also offer an escorted trip to the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo at McCormick Place this morning, if you have not already been. There is no possibility of bib collection on race day.
Our pre-race pasta dinner will conveniently be at the JW Marriott Chicago.

Sunday, 12 October 2025 Race Day!
Your Marathon Tours & Travel team will be in the lobby of the hotel offering escorted walks to the start area in Grant Park (about 1 km). Following the race you will make your way back to the hotel for some well-deserved rest before we gather for a celebratory toast! The evening is free to experience one of the many fine restaurants in the city.
Monday, 14 October 2024 Departure Day
Enjoy a leisure morning before checking out by 12:00PM.
