Berlin Marathon Three Night Package | Sept 27 - 30 2024
Friday 27 September, 2024 - Arrival Day, Marathon Expo, Welcome & Orientation Run/Walk
Make your way to Berlin and on arrival check in to your hotel. Hotel rooms are usually ready after 3pm; if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge and explore the city and surrounds. Marathon Tours & Travel team will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
Today is the best day to visit the Marathon Expo and collect your bib number and any other extra items you may have pre-ordered. The Marathon Expo has plenty to see and do so we suggest you allow time to collect your race documents, shop from the many exhibitors, listen to the experts and enjoy the pre-race vibe. There will be an opportunity to meet with your Marathon Tours & Travel team at the hotel to travel together to the Marathon Expo. For those who prefer to visit the expo independently, detailed directions will be provided in your final itinerary.
Early evening, we invite you to meet your Marathon Tours & Travel team and join us for an easy run/walk to stretch the legs. Supporters are very welcome to join too.
Saturday 28 September, 2024 - Optional Breakfast Run, Preparation
There is an organised Breakfast Run for the international visitors today. It’s fun and welcomes runners from all nations, many wear their countries traditional dress or carry their nations flags. If the route stays the same as 2023 it will start at the Charlottenburg Palace and finish 6kms later at the Olympic Stadium. Its free and you are not required to pre-register. Please let us know if you are interested and the Marathon Tours & Travel team will join you!

Today is a free day, take a walk and enjoy many fine restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby

Sunday 29 September, 2024 - RACE DAY
Our staff will escort you to the race start, it will take approximately 25 mins (walk from hotel to Strausberger Platz, then U bahn to Brandenburger Tor, 7 mins walk to race start)
Family and friends can travel by public transport to support and spectate along the race route or join our team at a cheer point on the marathon route. The Marathon Tours & Travel team will be happy to advise.
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up, relax and gaze at your lovely new shiny medal…you worked hard for it!
This evening meet your Marathon Tours & Travel team, fellow runners and supporters to celebrate your achievement! More details will be advised on the final itinerary.

Monday 30 September, 2024 - Departure Day
Unless you have booked extra nights please check out of your room before 12:00.
