Three Night Package
19 - 22 September 2025
Friday 19 September, 2025 - Arrival Day, Marathon Expo
Make your way to Berlin and on arrival check in to your hotel. Hotel rooms are usually ready after 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge and explore the area. The Marathon Tours & Travel team will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
Today is the best day to visit the Marathon Expo and collect your bib number and any other extra items you may have pre-ordered. The Marathon Expo has plenty to see and do, so we suggest you allow time to collect your race documents, shop from the many exhibitors, listen to the experts and enjoy the pre-race vibe. Those who wish to join your Marathon Tours & Travel Host will receive a set time to meet and go together via public transportation. If you wish to visit the Expo independently, detailed directions will be provided with your final itinerary.
In the early evening we invite you to join your Marathon Tours & Travel team and fellow runners for a Welcome Reception with drinks. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy dinner on your own.
Saturday 20 September, 2025 - Preparation Day & Pasta Dinner
At 07:00 we invite you to join Marathon Tours & Travel for an easy shake-out run from the hotel. It will acquaint you with the local area, allow you to visit the marathon start/finish area and shake-out any travel tiredness. The run will be no more than 5km, easy and at a pace comfortable for all fitness levels. Supporters are very welcome to join too.
If you have entered the GENERALI 5K please make your own way to the start. To register and learn more about the GENERALI 5K visit the Berlin Marathon website.
The Marathon Tours & Travel team will be available in your hotel at set times to meet and answer any questions you might have.
Often restaurants are booked up early, but you do not need to worry about finding somewhere to carb-load this evening as you can join the Marathon Tours & Travel team for a delicious and nutritious pre-race pasta dinner.

Sunday 21 September, 2025 - BWM BERLIN-MARATHON & Celebrations
This is the day you have trained so hard for! Race Day! After an early breakfast, your Marathon Tours & Travel Host(s) will escort you to the start line in plenty of time to get ready for your BMW BERLIN-MARATHON! Directions will also be provided for those who wish to make their own way.
From the Hilton Berlin, it’s a straightforward 25 minutes’ walk to the runners only start area (front of the Reichstag).
Family and friends can travel by public transport to support and spectate along the race route or join our team at a cheer point on the marathon route. The Marathon Tours & Travel team will be happy to advise.
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up, relax and gaze at your lovely new shiny medal…you worked hard for it!
This evening meet your Marathon Tours & Travel team, fellow runners and supporters to celebrate your achievement with a post-race celebration reception with drinks. More details will be advised on the final itinerary. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy dinner on your own.
