Friday, October 31
Welcome to New York City! Your Marathon Tours & Travel team look forward to meeting you upon your arrival. Our welcome desk will be open from this afternoon in the Westin Times Square lobby, the AbbottWMM MTT AGWC Headquarter Hotel. Once you check-in, the afternoon is yours to enjoy. Details regarding the TCS New York City Marathon Health and Wellness Expo and bib pickup will be shared once available. (no meals included)
Saturday, November 1
We start the day with an optional training shakeout run through Central Park (.8 miles from the Westin Times Square) to loosen your legs. Following AGWC runners will be escorted to the official AGWC Photo and Welcome Brunch. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy and can include shopping, seeing a Broadway show, or simply relaxing. Our pre-race pasta dinner will begin at 5:30 PM with a short race briefing. (Dinner included)
Sunday, November 2 - TCS New York City Marathon Day!
Transfer to the start village and a box breakfast is included in your package. MTT Host(s) will be in the Westin Times Square lobby to assist you on to the bus. Following the race you will make your way back to your hotel on your own for some well-deserved rest before we gather for the official AGWC Celebration Party. (Breakfast to-go box included)
Monday, November 3
Enjoy a leisure morning before checking out at by 12:00 PM. Additional nights available upon request.

Welcome to New York City! Make your way to the Hyatt Centric Hotel and once you check-in, the afternoon is yours to enjoy. Details regarding the TCS New York City Marathon Health and Wellness Expo and bib pickup will be shared once available. (no meals included)
Saturday, November 1
Stay tuned for details regarding the AGWC Group Photo and Welcome Brunch planned for this morning. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy and can include shopping, seeing a Broadway show, or simply relaxing. If you want to take the worry about where to eat tonight, join Marathon Tours & Travel’s optional pre-race dinner at the at the Redeye Grill (additional $105 per person).
Sunday, November 2
TCS New York City Marathon Day!
Transfer to the start village and a box breakfast is included in your package. An MTT team member will be in the Hyatt Centric Hotel lobby to guide you to the bus. Following the race you will make your way back to your hotel on your own for some well-deserved rest and celebration. We hope to see you at the AGWC Celebration Party this evening! (Breakfast to-go box included)
