Thursday 28th August, 2025 Arrival
Welcome to Sydney! Make your way from the airport to the hotel and check in. Usually, hotel rooms are ready after 4:00pm, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.
Our staff will be in the hotel lobby to welcome you and are ready to answer any questions you might have about your stay.
Friday 29th August, 2025 Expo
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Mid-morning, our staff will escort you to the expo for race bib collection (on foot). You can also visit the many booths at the Expo before making your own back to the hotel at your leisure.
Breakfast is included. As there is no restaurant at the Park Regis City Centre, we will arrange breakfast at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, a 2-minute walk (110 m) across the road.
Saturday 30th August, 2025 Harbour Cruise
This morning after breakfast, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, you can explore Sydney’s city center.
Our staff will escort you to Darling Harbour on foot for a 2 hours afternoon harbour cruise. You will enjoy the beauty of the harbour as you look back onto the Sydney skyline. The cruise will include substantial canapes and a drink on arrival.
Breakfast included at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, a 2-minute walk (110 m) across the road.
Sunday 31st August, 2025 Race Day
Race day is here! Enjoy an early breakfast before meeting our representative in the hotel lobby who will be ready to guide you to the start area by metro (Journey will be around 30 min, 3 stops by Metro + 900m walk. Transport is free for runners on race day:). After your run, when you are ready make your way back to the hotel.

Monday 1st September, 2025 Departure Day
Enjoy a well-earned breakfast. Today is the day you check out of your room and we say thank you for joining us and see you soon!
