Welcome to New York City! Your Marathon Tours & Travel team look forward to meeting you upon your arrival. Our welcome desk will be open from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM in the Sheraton Hotel lobby. Once you check-in to your hotel, the afternoon is yours to enjoy.

Free day. Details regarding the TCS New York City Marathon Health and Wellness Expo and bib pickup will be shared once available. We’ll look forward to seeing you this evening at our Welcome Reception.

Saturday, 1 November 2025
We start the day with an optional training shakeout run through Central Park to loosen your legs. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy, maybe some shopping, seeing a Broadway show, or simply relaxing. Our pre-race pasta dinner will begin at 6:00 PM, which is conveniently at the Sheraton Hotel.

Sunday, 2 November 2024 – TCS New York City Marathon Day!
Transfer to the start village and a box breakfast is included in your package. MTT Staff will be in the Sheraton Hotel lobby to assist you. Following the race you will make your way back to your hotel for some well-deserved rest before we gather for a toast in the Sheraton. The evening is free to experience one of the many fine restaurants in the city.
